Challenge
The insurer's 180k-record prospect database was three years old. Only 52% of records were accurate when spot-checked; direct dials were at 38% accuracy. Outbound was burning budget on dead numbers while DSGVO risk was compounding with every outdated call.
Solution
Teleroids ran a full validation pass on the database (SMTP ping, number status, LinkedIn presence, Handelsregister check), retiring 31% of records and re-enriching another 24%.
