  • Service, the website www.teleroids.io operated by TELEROiDS Limited.
  • Personal data, any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • Usage data, data collected automatically during use of the service or from the service infrastructure.

  • Data controller, TELEROiDS Limited, which determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

3.1 Personal data you provide

  • Phone number
  • Address, postal code, city, country
  • Company name and role (in B2B contact forms)
  • Any content you share with us (chatbot messages, form messages)

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages of our service that you visit
  • Time and date of your visit
  • Time spent on pages
  • Device identifiers
  • Diagnostic data

3.3 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) to operate the site and remember your preferences. You control non-essential cookies via our consent banner. The categories we use are:

  • Essential, required for security, language preference, and your chatbot session. Always on.
  • Analytics, aggregated insights into site usage, only activated with your consent.
  • Marketing, campaign measurement and retargeting, only activated with your consent.

TELEROiDS Limited uses collected data to:

5. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

For individuals within the European Economic Area, we rely on the following legal bases under Article 6(1) GDPR:

  • Art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (responding to your enquiry).
  • Art. 6(1)(a), your consent (non-essential cookies, marketing communications).
  • Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the site and service.
  • Art. 6(1)(c), compliance with our legal obligations.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy and to meet statutory retention obligations. Usage data is generally retained for shorter periods unless needed to improve security or comply with legal obligations. Chatbot session identifiers are cleared when your browser session ends.

7. Data transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside your state, province, country, or other jurisdiction where data-protection laws may differ. Where processors are located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard under Chapter V GDPR. TELEROiDS Limited will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

8. Disclosure of data

TELEROiDS Limited may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation
  • Protect and defend the rights or property of TELEROiDS Limited
  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the service
  • Protect the personal safety of users of the service or the public
  • Protect against legal liability

9. Service providers

We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our service (“service providers”), to provide the service on our behalf, to perform service-related services, or to assist us in analysing how our service is used. These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obliged not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Current processor categories include hosting, n8n-based workflow automation for form submissions and the chatbot, calendar-booking, and analytics (when enabled).

10. Security of data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

11. Your GDPR rights

If you are an EEA resident, you have the following rights under the GDPR:

  • Access, update, or delete the information we hold on you
  • Rectification, correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Restriction, ask us to restrict processing
  • Portability, receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), Malta (idpc.org.mt), or the data-protection authority of your EEA place of residence.

12. Analytics

When you consent to analytics cookies, we may use privacy-respecting analytics providers to understand aggregate site usage. No personal profiling is performed. Where Google Analytics is used, data may be transmitted to servers outside the EEA under the safeguards described in Section 7. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by declining analytics in our cookie banner.

13. Links to other sites

Our service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

14. Privacy of minors

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“minors”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from minors without verified parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and, where appropriate, by email or a prominent notice on our service before the change takes effect. The “Effective date” at the top of this page indicates the current version.
