01 · The context

Challenge

The client had pivoted from IT security to OT (operational technology) security — plant floors, industrial control systems, air-gapped environments. The buyer base was entirely new: OT directors, plant operations managers, industrial automation leads. No existing playbook.

02 · The approach

Solution

Teleroids staffed a two-seat pod with specific industrial-automation tenure — one with prior Siemens systems-integrator experience, one from an automotive OEM background. Scripts built around ISA/IEC 62443 compliance hooks and recent OT incidents in DACH manufacturing. Dial hours 06:30–08:00 to catch plant managers before shift handover.

03 · The outcome

Results

First meeting booked week 3. By end of Q1: 47 qualified meetings with senior OT decision-makers, 38% advanced to POC, €2.3M weighted pipeline. Three deals already in legal review by end of Q1 — closed-won expected Q2/Q3 given 4–6 month industrial buying cycles.
