Reply rate by enrichment layer

Same cadence, same reps, different data.

Source: Client A/B test, six-week window.

01 · The context

Challenge

The startup had a clean ICP and good messaging but weak reply rates. SDRs were spending 15+ hours per week on manual research — LinkedIn checks, tech-stack detective work, pricing page scans — and still opening cold. The founders wanted a structural fix, not more volume.

02 · The approach

Solution

Teleroids built a three-layer enrichment stack: firmographics + tech-stack (BuiltWith + Wappalyzer + manual verification) + intent signals (G2, 6sense). Every lead got pushed to reps with a one-line context ("uses Lambda, shows intent on serverless observability, no incumbent"). Research time dropped 78% and cold openings vanished.

03 · The outcome

Results

Reply rates doubled within three weeks. Meetings per month rose 67% from the same sender volume. Enrichment cost came to €0.80 per lead — paid back inside the first week by the reduced rep research hours.

We didn't need more SDRs. We needed smarter records. Teleroids understood that immediately.
