What we do (and why it matters)
Casa Activa started in classic B2B outbound and appointment setting. Over time, we kept hitting the same friction points—enablement, workflows, tooling, and the “messy middle” that slows good sales teams. So we built our own software. What began as an internal advantage became Teleroids: a platform by telemarketers, for telemarketers.

We keep it transparent:
- Per-appointment pay up to €150 (for qualified sets; performance-based).
- Three paid trial days—the trial is fully paid.

Reality check: most new agents take about three months to become profitable for us. During that time, we invest in enablement, systems, and a strong client ecosystem. In return, we expect learning curve + reliability. Your growth path: Opener → Closer → Builder
Many teammates start as Openers (appointment setters). With coaching and a structured enablement program, you can move into Closing—often placed directly with a client. Because we also handle recruiting and IT consulting mandates, there are long-term roles beyond pure telemarketing. We believe in careers, not carousels.
